1st food truck the food looked great.
2nd food truck the food looked awful. That was some thick masa.
3rd food truck was gross I’ve never seen a spaghetti sandwich like that. Usually the spaghetti sauce is mixed with the noodles then layered a good amount on crispy garlic bread. Don’t put so much that a person can’t close the bread together to keep it inside.
You guys need a roll of paper towels in your truck. Also some plastic knives to cut your food in half.

Cuban and Puerto Rican food is heavily influenced by African cuisine and Caribbean cuisine. However, we don’t really make hot salsas. Some people might because of where they grew up. Also, tortillas aren’t really a thing either. We eat other carbs and starchy foods like rice and plantains. Can’t forget the beans!
