If you can find a Tim Hortons staffed by white and/or Filipino people it'll be a lot better and cleaner.
Ok i had to pause it & get on my phone to comment it! I am from Montreal & from the beginning of your video I was like omg that is so Montreal cause the restaurant is so dirty, the floor's always a mess like this I'm just not surprised at all, but then I saw the thing with the ketchup plastic and it is so disgusting but at the same time I'm not even surprised! Since a few year Tim hortons begins to have a less good reputation for things like that, especially since the employees dont give a f*ck about restoration! It is really sad to see this cause back in the day tim horton used to be a good fast food but since a few a years it's always like that! They miss a few items that are on the menu but are never able to do cause they do order it when it's time to do their order or idk. Again, it depends on the franchise that you go, there's some of tim horton that still have a good reputation but you really have to chose your location.. I'm so sorry you had to experience this! Next time go in Longueuil it is next to Montreal it is a bit more professional & the owner looks like they care much ( rolland therien store at least)

WRONG. Tim hortons has not been a Canadian company for years, they got bought out by a Brazilian-USA conglomerate which fired all the bakers and now they just heat up half cooked frozen donuts in industrial easy bake ovens. Some other changes they made were to add things like pizzas which they can make at an industrial scale and ship out for almost zero cost to them then charge high prices for when all they need to do is toss it in an oven and slop it out to you.

I'm a pescetarian and there has been a lot of times that I ordered an "egg and cheese english muffin" and then went to eat it after driving for awhile only to find that they put sausage or bacon on it. One thing that IS good though is that if I went to a DIFFERENT Tim Hortons and told them "I ordered this over at a different location but they put bacon on it" they would give me a replacement for free, no questions asked.

the decline of tim hortons:
it started a while back, when they stopped actually baking doughnuts in store; now they warm them up pre-made. private equity has this effect.
then the menu additions came. it's no longer a coffee, doughnut/pastry shop. you got flatbread, pressed sandwiches, "specialty items," shit, even pizza ffs.
into this fray, or because of it, franchisees are "foreign owned." they hire only from their own pool, student immigrants are ripe for abuse in these places, and the decline is now readily apparent.
the attention to detail and care of customers is a thing of the past, the customer is no longer right
Ordered an Iced Cappuccino, they didn't mix it well enough, took a sip, was awful. They took it back and put it for another spin and gave it back to me. Remember, I sipped out of the cup already, and they put it in their machine where they mix all their drinks for all their customers!
