I could hop up on a soapbox and lecture for about 20 minutes on Michelin giving out stars to places instead of the award they specifically made for restaurants which aren’t a star experience but have star worthy food at exceptional value.
The Michelin Bib Gourmand is what a place like this should have.

Honestly that's not bad considering the average price of Michelin star restaurants. For 20 bucks they'll give you a single grain of rice with a small side of depression, all plated nicely.
