Everything I ate this week in New York City during my first week back after traveling through Southeast Asia for a couple weeks. We hit some of our favorite spots, but there were definitely more casual meals than usual because we were jetlagged and still recovering from the trip. We also spent some time in New Jersey for family things, which meant getting to revisit some of the places we grew up eating at!

  1. Hey, have you ever done a food diary for any migraines that pop up? I know you’ve struggled with them so I don’t know if it’s a medical situation that I missed in a previous video.

    I did a food diary and found out certain foods cause migraines for me so I avoid them. One of them sadly being Dave’s Hot Chicken 😭.

    Plus I pass a Pressed this afternoon, so I want a Pressed Freeze!

  3. As someone who recently identified a root cause of migraines being estrogen upticks… look in to your BC method. Too much estrogen could be causing it.

  4. Always carry Arnica tablets and tea for pain relief, pressing your pointer and middle finger against your thumbs and laying with your eyes closed can allow you to get enough relief to usually keep from having nausea or sickness.
