COCONUT PAROTTA | Delicious Coconut Shell Beef Paratha Recipe | Cooking In Village
Welcome back to the channel! Today, we are trying out the highly trending Coconut Shell Porotta & Beef Dhum. This is an absolute game-changer for all the foodies out there!
We started by placing a fresh banana leaf inside a clean coconut shell. Then, we packed it with layered Porotta, rich and spicy authentic Kerala-style Beef Curry, mouth-watering beef gravy, and a generous dollop of butter. We sealed the coconut shell tightly, wrapped it securely in aluminum foil, and slow-cooked it over hot charcoal embers (Dhum style).
When we finally opened it up, the structure was absolutely perfect! The aroma of the roasted coconut shell, the wilted banana leaf, melted butter, and the deeply spiced beef all came together beautifully. Trust us, the taste was out of this world!
We didn’t just keep this goodness to ourselves—we shared it with our locals, and the expressions on their faces said it all. Everyone absolutely loved this unique, variety flavor combination!
