Ngl, y’all hype up this Panda Express brisket. It’s so fucking trash. No smoke ring, no flavor in the meat itself, the sauce has to give it flavor. And tbh, it’s mid at best. This just proves to me y’all will eat anything that has brisket or wagyu in it. Without even considering if it’s even worth it.

Must be a regional thing because every Chinese place down here in Chicago and in the burbs all still fry their fried rice , i've never been to a Chinese spot that didn't fry their rice lol.
