sotbap (μ₯λ°₯) is a local favorite and now mine! it’s made in a stone rice pot so the rice at the bottom gets crispy (called nurungji) and you can add tea to turn it into a porridge. i tried three different ones, steak with raw egg yolk, salmon roe, and chicken ddakgalbi with cheese
