I would have ordered the curry beef brisket noodles. You seemed to enjoy your lunch. Knicks game tonight. Go to Xian Famous Food s and order some cumin lamb burgers or their lamb noodles. I guess lamb is preferred meat in Xian cuisine. Thanks for all your honest videos.
thats a waste. you should order beef belly (stew) noodles with a side order of duck. That way the duck isnt sitting in soup and losing its flavor. The marinated Duck is much better as a side dish rather than soup
Sounds like NYC is getting as bad as say LA and probably thank the politicians and costs. No AC on hot days nowadays?? Just ridiculous.
Where I live you finally hit a warm enough/hot season and can finally wear shorts and short sleeves and then you go into a restaurant and you are freezing IF you didn't bring a jacket or sweater and then nothing helps the freezing legs. Staff puts it on blast as they are hot. I hate that too.
But no air in a hot concrete city well, that's just inhumane, for both customers and even more so for staff.
Hi Steve – I can confirm that there are a lot (all relative, I suppose) of Chiu Chow people or people of Chiu Chow descent in Vietnam. My wife and her family are Chiu Chow and originally from Vietnam.
Food was very well presented!, eating soup noodles with no aircon would be brutal π, Iβd like to hear what Amy says about energy costs tooβ¦β¦.are they so high that restaurants cannot afford to turn it on ?, but our energy costs are one of the highest in the world π€·ββοΈ
Hi Steve, did you ever try Wo Hop, down the stairs in the basement over in Mott Street? I went there all the time with my family and as an adult before I moved out west. It used to be open 24 hours a day back then. I used to love that place.
Hi Steve! Have you been to Juqi yet? Located inside the Tangram Mall, 133-36 37th Ave G17, Flushing, NY 11354. Would love to see a video of you there! Enjoy and stay cool π
I love having soup. My dad worked in a factory with no air just blowing g hot air and he always had hot soup everyday. I can eat soup just like my dad no matter how hot. It is the best thing ever. Hope u r watching the game today
It appears you never get tired of eating PHO/PHA and the same things over and over again! Sorry to say, most of your videio's are Not "Fine Dining! Typical good, fair and dissapointing dining. Best most enjoyable is when Mrs. Steve/Anna, is with you in "Fine Dining Restaurant's. Best so far are the video's from China, Hong Kong and Macau and in Viva Las Vegas.

I am sure you can pay less elsewhere. But, Bo Ky is famous for soya sauce duck. Itβs well worth it.
great video steve . you took one for the team in the hot weather

Try Sargeβs deli and diner at 548 3rd Avenue New York. Itβs one of the best.
