  1. This is the kind of businesses cost breakdown more people need to see. Because you can switch food, alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks for many different things in most types of business and you get a run down of business cost in general. It would also get people to realize every businesses has to cover all of its costs to break even before they can get anywhere close to making a profit.

  2. And then you've got morons out there that have never owned a business never done anything for anyone in their lives saying that the employees need to all be making at least 25 $30 an hour from him not including tips just from him.

  3. This is why I opened a food truck. Costs are low. Stress is lower. I make significantly more.

  4. Why is he talking about sales tax? That number isn't revenue and it isn't an expense.

  5. This fella is hardly "barely getting by"
    He top lined $1.1M?
That list leaves hundreds of thousands of dollars
    It's a f- restaurant
    He isn't making silicon wafers

  6. It's not weak it's having money first 2 that's why drug cartels take that operation to their pockets

  7. Also makes it much more expensive when you don’t have a massive corporation backing you that gets you all those things for dirt cheap.

  8. Bro you are throwing away 50 k you gotta figure that one out NOW, and your labor costs cannot be 35 cents per $
You are lucky to be in business
