As a Nuyorican I can tell you that is NOT the spot to go to for authentic Puerto Rican food in nyc. You gotta try “CocoTazo” in Harlem or “Casa Adela” in the LES.
Food was dried out, you need to find a sit in spot that really does fresh food, hope you give it another shot, there’s mad places in NY that does authentic fresh Rican food
