I was born in louisiana and alligator meat is pretty commonly eaten, albeit it's more of a novelty thing rather than a regular meal that's eaten. the rehydration of the meat, along with it being in a "pizza," grossed me out more than the actual fact that it's gator meat.

1:24 You made that so.. much harder on yourself. If you cut the avocado in half, you can easily push out the seed, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Trust me, it's alot easier, and makes much less mess. ❤

14:29 I actually live in a place where we occasionally eat gator meat. It’s actually really good! I recommend it fried but I don’t doubt it could be good in a variety of ways, it has an interesting taste but with a texture somewhat similar to chicken
