From quiet traditional kitchens to wider tables, Aatithya by #TataSteelFoundation, in partnership with #IHCL, is giving Samvaad a new expression. An initiative that brings tribal home cooks to larger audiences, it has empowered 440 cooks across 52 tribes in 25 states. Amazingly, 80% are women, turning tradition into sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families. This is one more step forward in our effort to craft the perfect recipe for preserving heritage while creating opportunity. #ThisIsTata
