    I'm a big believer in decorating your home with things you love that are special to you and your family! I don't believe in following fashions and trends. You have done exactly what I would have done in the dining room. You incorporated new things you love and included things you already owned that you also love and are special to you, and the result is a beautiful, cosy, and homey dining room.     The dining room looks lovely. I say go for the shades on the chandelier in one of the shades of blue from the curtains. Keep it light so you don't lose the light.

    I love those pillows with the leather strip in center on the chairs. Have you thought about doing some brass or gold lower sets of candle holders on table instead of that large farmhouse type lantern? You have such a nice view, I bet candles really cozy that up in the evening. Yah sure, why not add those cute shades, I mean if you are going for that cozier cottage vibe? It would look so pretty. Or are you more into farmhouse, did I miss that? The room does look more farmhouse.

    Hello Yami, I love the way you brought the rod idea for the cafe curtains. I love the window treatments matching together. I was waiting to see the lamp shades on the chandelier because I don't like to see in my home the brightness of the bulbs into my eyes but that's me and your new look turned out so amazing. I'm so glad you're not using what's trending right now because your dining room would have looked like everyone's decor and you kept your own, good choices 🕊️✡️💕
