  1. I think I'm going to do the pork tostadas for Father's Day, and since there will definitely be some leftovers with a roast that size, later in the week I'm going to make your corn chowder, but sub in some of the leftover pork instead of the ham. All that yummy pork goodness should pair well with this particular chowder. Can't wait!

  2. Made modified the shrimp boil and added mussels and snow crab. It turned out amazing! (I almost ran out of room in the slow cooker!) Never would have thought about using the slow cooker.

  3. Nicole, is the very best and my favorite. Once you mentioned the shrimp boil I said this is a wonderful father's day dinner and will definitely be doing this. Thank you!! All the recipes are awesome.

  4. I like how each of your recipes gets its own crockpot ❤ I didn’t even finish the video before I jumped onto my grocery app and ordered ribs and sides to cook tomorrow! Thank you!

  5. Niki, You are a opps (can't say that a….. ing genius) and the one pan lasagna is a weekly fav in this house my son made and took pics uploaded to 4chan and a Russian around the planet answered, man that look so good. Hungry now. Me go cook. I don't gotta worry kid can't feed himself with your recipes, we cook together, how amazing is that, a whole gene apart, cooking brought us together, you, have wings girl I swear. Bringing ppl together and doing amazing things, making magic, its awesome. YOU yes you Nicole, are adored in this house, personality is warming and spot on keep it coming woman. Say to fam hey got a new recipe, they say ya from your fav cook Niki? Caught. Straight up! Who is afraid of a kitchen? Not me. Nichole can tackle any dinner any time oh forget about it she has got this on lock. Hands down, case closed, period, end of story. Just saying. p.s. Thanks girl.A.

  6. I hit the jackpot when I stumbled on your channel. You make these videos so darn fun to watch! Thank you 👏

  7. Not sure @nicole if you have heard this hack but you can use an electric hand mixer to shred your meat instead of using forks. Try it out next time.

  8. I just made the ham and corn chowder. It was so, so easy, and it was absolutely phenomenal! I thought I was going to have leftovers for a couple of meals, but it got finished the same night I cooked it. Definitely recommend. More recipes like this one please!

  9. Hi Nicole! I have a question about the corn chowder….we have 2 people who don’t care for mushrooms ( and that’s putting it mildly lol ). My question is, could I substitute cream of chicken or cream of celery in place of the cream of mushroom? Thanks in advance 😊😊

  10. I cook ribs in the crock pot all the time. NO one complains! I don't put anything on them except spices, and after they're cooked, I add bbq sauce and place them undert he broiler like you do!
I guess great minds think alike

  11. Is it just my phone? Every time an ad pops up, it doesn’t return to the video. I have to close the app and then go all the way back to the video again.

  12. I was watching this episode and my husband told me I had to turn it off or he needed to go in the other room because everything looked so good! I’m trying to green chile pork today😁

  13. I finally broke down and added a slow cooker that you can sear in to my 20-year old collection-game changer!!

  14. Just finished eating the ribs! This was my first time ever making ribs and I was surprised how good they came out. (Ribs are a big deal around here) While they were in the crockpot I was getting a manicure and raving about this video to my nail tech telling her how excited I am for the shrimp boil I’ll be making this weekend! Can’t wait to try that next 😊
