🥒 *ABOUT BEFRS:*
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture. Peace!

  1. In Ireland we call French Toast…Eggy Bread. A quick dip in beaten eggs and into a frying pan.

I'd eat the eggs and toast thing apart from the raw eggs inside.

  2. To the rest of the world, please appropriate American breakfast dishes. I would love to try them, just like I would the Japanese Egg Toast and the Eggs Benedict Pancakes. The best way I can describe American breakfast is that it is shamelessly gluttonous–just shameless enough to defy conventions, and just gluttonous enough to make any busy day worth tackling.

  3. Why does he keep pronouncing Karaage like that? Just pronounce it the same way they and everyone else does, its not that difficult. It makes no sense when he's obviously heard it pronounced multiple times, always the same way, but then wants to say it differently? Why?

  4. You know you've been in Japan for some time when you immediately cover your mouth while eating.

  5. My god all mighty! A Japanese chef saying A-muricun food is harder to make than their own cuisine??? IS HE MAD?

'murican "troff" is the epitome of easy – just take a big dump on a plate, cover it in flour and deep fry it, then mix a pint of melted butter with a cup of corn syrup and pour it over the top…

Are these Japanese chef's losing their f*cking minds???

  6. Man I already think "American" french toast is too thick and bready. It's only balanced by the other things like bacon or eggs. This just looks you're being served half a loaf of bread, and with that much butter and cream who's actually eating this for breakfast??

  7. french fries, french toast and toast and eggs are not american

the abomination of chicken and waffles you can have it
