Budget Friendly Dining Hutch Makeover 70s Hutch Furniture Transformation DIY Paint

In this video, I’m transforming a dated 70s dining hutch into a gorgeous media console for the living room — and it only took 1 (8oz) tub of @DebisDesignDiary DIY Paint to do it!

This budget-friendly furniture makeover shows you how to take an outdated, thrifted, or hand-me-down piece and turn it into something stylish and functional. I used DIY Paint in Sandy Blonde to update the base, then gave the solid oak top a white-washed finish with that same colour to bring out the natural wood grain. Sealed everything with polycrylic for a durable, long-lasting finish.

If you’re into furniture flips, thrifted furniture makeovers, painted furniture transformations, dining hutch repurposing ideas, or DIY home decor on a budget, this one’s for you!
