    37:05 lmao to give a possible answer let me tell you about my mom. She has the money and has been begging me to help her open a restaurant.. the problem is, I’ve worked in restaurants for 8years now and there is no way in hell I am running a restaurant without losing years of my life. Honestly if it wasn’t for me she would be the type to open a restaurant without any experience, never having even cooked for others outside of family.

    Why would anybody get the food at pubs A lot of people say foods at pubs is shit all the time it's a bar place not a food place

    Something to note is that a LOT of the Kitchen Nightmares restaurants were either half a million to million+ in debt and their revenue wasn't helping them. Many had to use their 401(k) or savings accounts in order to fund the business.

    Fish and chips uses fish you can get in the UK as it started out as that. People used to get fresh fish from the docks and use them in fish and chip shops. The fish used in lots of shops now is imported simply for price sakes for the same reason that beef or vegetables are, not because they aren't from there but because it's cheaper elsewhere.

    Correct me if I'm wrong. But if a Brussels sprout is cooked correctly, isn't it supposed to look moist? But have that similar crunch to a crunchy piece of lettuce, i've only had them once lol

    19:20 Joe, you just haven’t had good baked Salmon. You can’t bake it too much where it’s too crunchy (even tho it can taste good if done properly). What I do is i bake it with a buttload of butter and will use a turkey baster to suck up the butter and pour it on top of the Salmon while cooking and it is phenomenal. I really love making and consuming pesto, so what I like to do with my salmon is cover the top with my homemade pesto, add a little bit of spice to it, and bake it with butter and it is so so so good. And when i say a buttload, i probably mean twice as much as you are currently thinking 😭. To the point that half of the salmon is submerged in butter.
