Ingredients
Prawns-1 kg
Onion – 3 nos
Ginger – 1 nos
Garlic – 5 to 6 nos
Green chilli – 1 nos
Curry leaves – 2 to 3 sprigs
Dry red chilli – 6 to 7 nos
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1or 2 tsp
Oil – 1 or 2 tsp

Method
First we have to clean the prawns,
Add some salt to the cleaned prawns and wash them well.
Drain and keep a side.
Take a plate, add cleaned prawns and turmeric powder.
Combine them well and marinate for a few minutes.
Peel the onion, ginger, garlic and green chili.
Wash them well and set aside.
Then chopped the onion, ginger, garlic and green chili.
Then wash the dry red chili and set aside.
Crush the ginger and garlic and set aside.
Then crush the dry red chili into a fine paste and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add green chili and chopped onion.
Saute them well for a few minutes.
Add a few curry leaves and saute them well.
Add the marinated prawns and combine them well.
Then add crushed ginger and garlic. Mix saute them well.
Add grinder dry red chili paste and saute it well.
Add curry powders such as cumin powder, garam masala and coriander powder.
Saute them well and cook for a few minutes.
Pour some water and salt mix them well.
Cover and cook till the prawns are well coated with masala.
Once it is ready, remove from the fire and set aside.
Serve the tasty spicy prawns masala with steamed rice.
