There is a business in my town with the perfect name.
It's called "Stuff For Trucks". It's simple, and tells you everything you need to know about what is inside.
Chopd still exist in UK?
I thought chopped was some variety of meat restaurant based on the name and when I finally went I was very disappointed.
I've learnt more about marketing in YouTube shorts from this guy than i did in my mba
I had no clue what bob evans was for years
But when you put "street food AND cafe" I now assume you're trying to do two things and end up not doing either well.
indian restaurant and caffe means that they can't do any of those two properly
Someone should name their company 'Every type of food you could ever want'
They feed fat people! Stop!
No ..what they get wrong is
..people are mainly morons..
That's a low bar for genius…
A salad reatraunt?
Salad is what comes with food, it's what harvester give you for free.
In fact it's my foods food.
100% this guy just makes all this shit up
Bs story
There was a place that I also walked past every day for decades and never went in for this exact reason. Did not know what they sold and said to myself, "If they are too incompetent to do the sign correctly, why assume they run the business correctly?" I assumed they were incompetent and it turned me off from even looking into what they did. Why look into a company when you know already they wont be good at whatever it is they are doing?
Bro been walking past salad for decades
I actually feel less confident with the "and". I'd rather go to a place that knows what they are and stick to that specifically.
Restaurant owners like software developers are the least qualified to welcome new business as they see things from the inside out.
To be quite honest if I see "[Thing] and café" I do not get my coffee there, UNLESS that thing is either a bakery or chocolatier. Why the fuck would I want to smell curry while I drink a coffee? Cos that's immediately what I'd think if I saw "Indian street food and cafe". Or why would I want be around people drinking alcohol while I'm having a coffee in a place that says "bar and cafe?" I walk past those places and just look for "café".
Imagine being so rtrded that you find this genius
I had this problem once, going into a monsoon to look for a new coat when it was raining, only to find it was a female fashion brand that does not sell anything like coats, waterproofs, or hiking/camping gear, even though it is named after a weather that is known for being rainy and windy.
The main "thing" that "restaurants get wrong" is charging me many times the reasonable price for what is frequently not much in the way of a "filling" meal. This means that instead of going out "once a week for a treat" we end up going to a restaurant ONCE A YEAR (usually on a birthday) and staying home for the other 364 nights.
Even "fast" food is so grossly overpriced, and so you just don't bother anymore. And this is CYCLIC, as more restaurants go out of business due to falling customer numbers and the ones that are left charge way too much.
You are better off making it yourself at home
So good ol' common sense prevails does it.
Very enlightening that
I walked past this Chinese Restaurant over 100 times without giving it a second thought because I thought it was some pretentious Italian place from it's name. Turns out it's just a Chinese place with pretty decent food.
Chopped – overpriced shit
Chaiiwala.. is a joke, there using servers with such linguistic capabilities that they effectively diswade none speakers of such languages (basically people who only speak english) from visiting in fear of them not understanding what your asking for and thus making a fool out of yourself. I once ordered English breakfast tea and was served a full British breakfast?. Exstreemly surprising as I have a crisp clean command of English with no regional accent and as such of the thousands of times ive ordered the same thing elsewhere its never been confused for anything else.
Chopped, to me, is steaks and chops.
basically the owner have maincharacter syndrome. they thinks everyone knows their place and refusing to advertise wtf do they sell. BIG redflag, msotlikely treats customer like shtt
Loads of businesses like that
Chopped? Must be that place they give circumcisions.
My home town is horrible for this
On one street there is 'glaze' which is a Cafe that only serves egg based dishes and coffee (nothing about eggs on the outside of the building) and just a few doors down is 'food o'clock' which is Indian food 🤣🤣
People want Indian street food? 😅. Barf
"Hot Dog on a Stick" was on point.
Ah salad, the food my food eats
We have been vacationing in Croatia for ages by now and there is an Italian supermarked called eurospin that we drove past ignoring for years because we just assumed it was some sort of casino or bank.
Imagine me holding back laughter as the drunk dude in front of me telling the server he wants the beef burger at a freaken KFC and is adamant he's ordered one there before.
Ron Swanson goes to Food n Stuff. To get his food, and most of his stuff.
it'z not genius, it's just being clear
This dude sounds so smart to dumb people
