Nicole, I am 62 years old and today I learned from you not to add cornstarch to hot liquid. Old dog, new trick.
Our family still does Sunday dinner. And the majority of the time it was roast with potatoes and carrots, NO mashed potatoes, but we did have either home canned green beans or peas or butterbeans(always out of the garden), and a bug pan of cornbread! And a bug ol glass of sweet tea! That's what we always had on Sundays in Mississippi!
But I thought my arm was going to fall off writing down all these recipes! I am a big cook, love to cook and try new recipes! It gets old having the same thing all the time! But I have found some great recipes my hubby loves and insist we add them into the recipe
