I kick things off at a famous North Kolkata cabin in Chitpur, Oriental Restaurant. If you are looking for the absolute best Mughlai and Mutton Kosha combo in town, this is where your search ends. The slow-cooked, rich, flavourful and not so spicy Mutton Kosha paired with their flaky, delicious Mughlai paratha is pure heaven on a plate.
