In this video, we try Lamplight Lounge Boardwalk Dining for lunch at Pixar Pier without a reservation. Lunch service opened at 1:30 PM, and we were able to join the walk-up list and get seated.
We ordered the Mint to Be, Falling with Style, and 2319 drinks, along with the Beer-Battered Fish Tacos, Beef Sliders, and Kids’ Pasta. Worst meal we have ever had at Disneyland!…we were there on May 4th…ordered the Barbacoa nachos (because they no longer offer chicken from the secret menu) and the sliders…had one bite of each and sent them back!…disgusting and very disappointing!…the chicken nachos from Lamplight restaurant from 2 years ago were amazing…but they changed the nachos they use…the sauces and it’s just awful!…I know Travor doesn’t do alcohol…but for fans that do…the Dole Whip shots were amazing!…broken spell lounge however has hands down the best food on property, along with Carthay lounge!
I really love the food there, I just wish the cast members would lower the bamboo blinds later in the day. Nothing is worse than having the sun go down right in your eyes.

We like the boardwalk MUCH better. We have done both and will never bother with the lounge again personally.
Howdy Sir Traver …was at Lamplight lounge boardwalk last week when I was on my Disney trip. Really enjoyed it . Had the fish tacos…delicious. Will definitely eat there again 😎😎😎
Your hamburger experience is exactly what I've been seeing as well. I think they use the same patties with that "dry" texture/flavor, including at Smokejumpers and Hungry Bear.

I would never expect a lounge to have outstanding food. It is a lounge to relax and have a drink and some light food. It is not meant for a full meal.

The lobster nachos alone make the boardwalk version worth it. We love early dinners on the boardwalk!
We did the restaurant dining and boardwalk dining when we came in the 18th of June. Both experiences were seriously amazing! I think the difference in menus make it seem like an even more enjoyable experience.
Did lamplight boardwalk lounge on 2nd June with my granddaughter. We were not impressed. She is 11 and had the sliders – they looked awful and she didn’t eat much. I had the barbacoa nachos – they were very spicy (not that I minded) but too spicy for her to try. It was mainly soggy corn chips with little meat . We both had the goofball island mocktail which were good. Frankly, for the price the food was pretty mediocre and I wouldn’t eat there again.
