  1. Some nutritional yeast on top of that pizza would be primo. Ditto any pasta dish. In those sausage balls. On top of popcorn. Mixed in cottage cheese. 2 TB has 5g of protein.

  2. Who needs Masterchef when we have Nicole! (never thought Masterchef food was any good) Once again, I am loving these recipes as they are so easy to modify. This was an enjoyable hour to watch.

  3. How about the calories associated with these dishes? They all look fantastic. I strive for 130g protein daily and under 1600 calories.

  4. Hi Nicole, love your channel so for anyone interested I am from the Puerto Rican culture and when we make homemade oatmeal, we always had one or two egg YOLKS beat up with sugar and then we use either evaporated milk or regular milk evaporated vegan milk is also available these days with nuts and or raisins and any dry fruit you can think of needless to say it’s great and full of a lot of fiber, but it is also loaded with sugar BUT YOU CAN USE A SWEETENER SUBSTITUTE LIKE STEVIA and/or use honey or agave if you care to do so. To keep the protein high as Nicole told us it’s always best to use a high protein vegan MILK or regular COW’S milk. PLEASE NOTE: IN OUR OATMEAL FOR BREAKFAST WE DON’T BELIEVE IN USING WATER FOR IT.

  5. I add the salsa inside and crisp in frying pan then freeze. Grab and microwave when ready to eat or put in the oven toaster.yum and crunchy.

  6. Im not a big fan of boiled eggs alone either. But, I saw them pan fried…i decided I want to try 2 other old recipes for them. Scotch eggs and Texas Armadillo eggs! Ordered at restaurants I enjoyed only slightly as too spicy. And, for my health Dear our family eats many Keto low carb desserts mostly using a brand of organic Stevia vanilla liquid drops! And, results delish in egg & cream custard with sweetened whipped cream! 😋

  7. Nicole, I could watch your recipe videos ALL DAY ! I swear I’ve never seen recipes as easy ;& fun to make ! I’ve made a lot of your recipes ❤❤

  8. I have been making the cottage cheese bagels for a while now and love them. So easy. They do need to be toasted for sure. I have a condition called Vestibular Migraines (not headaches) and have to be careful with certain ingredients. These are a "safe" bagel for me.

  9. Hi! My husband is diabetic and loves your yogurt and cheesecake pudding recipe! We use sugar free and/or no sugar added of course. He also made one yesterday with sugar free vanilla pudding and the Vortmann sugar free choc cookies mixed in. Served with choc graham crackers, so yummy! Thank you!

  10. My Mother is 94 and lives alone some; but not always. I'm visiting for a few days. Then my oldest Daughter will come stay for a few days too. These recipes help to give my Mom choices. But, some days when shes alone she'll grab 1 lb of Hamburger and brown it if she wants or simmer for a couple of hours while seasoning the broth then add water as needed, little green onions or carrots or both depending on what's in the veg drawer… even potatoes or rice and finish cooking. Use a slotted spoon if she just wants some ground meat or veg. Then it'll change and she might want canned cream soup added or diced tomatoes… very versatile. In the winter in a crockpot she can leave it for another meal already to eat. Ive made it too a lot…and grab some meat in a totilla adding cheese & salsa.

  11. Curious why you never use an Instant Pot. For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites, … what if you browned the steak in butter first and then put it in the crock pot. Perhaps it wouldn't take as long to cook? I'm not sure. The cottage cheese chips must be perfected. Maybe spray the paper first? One "could" also add grated carrot, garlic, onion, or mashed sweet potato, maybe even mashed black or pinto beans with cumin or enchilada sauce?

  12. Hi Nicole, do you think we can use almond flour instead? Just found out I’m gluten sensitive 😢

  13. If you blend the cottage cheese in the food processor, it is super creamy and picky eaters will not have a texture issue.

  14. wow…as someone on a Glp1 – more protein and fiber meals are a good thing…I dont cook a lot, but I can see shortcuts to make quite a few of your excellent recipes…thanks so much!!!

  15. I love you, Nicole. I generally agree with you about everything. But I cannot imagine taking a fresh out of the oven bagel and toasting it! That’s for day old bagels. 😁
