  1. My mom just gets
    •Corn
    •green beans
    •beans
    •rice
    •patatos
    •meat
And ut last like 3 months and ut taste good too 🙂

  2. Some cheap meals (to help us fellow broke people):
Tomato and eggs (you can use canned tomatoes if it's more affordable), tomatoes, eggs, soy sauce (you can use the packets from takeout), salt and pepper. You can eat alone or with rice if you have some.
Mixed rice (if you have own a rice cooker or pressure cooker, this will be the least stressful meal), rice, any veggies you have (you can use frozen or canned for more affordability), any leftover protein (meat, seafood, tofu, eggs), any sauce you enjoy (teriyaki, chili, sesame, soy). Just cover, cook, and eat.
Boujeed Box Mac (make a box Mac taste better), a box of mac and cheese, butter (you can get the pads with your fast food breakfast), slice of plastic cheese, a string cheese stick (or any snack cheese), a bit of pepper.
Leftover Chinese abomination, any leftover Chinese protein and rice, mix it up in a pan (or a microwave in a big bowl), add some sauce packets that you saved in your fridge.
A tip I like is to try and have all your meals connected to the ingredients you buy. It makes it easier and cheaper.

  3. I'm not sure what state you live in but if you live in Missouri a better option would probably be Schnucks because you earn 2% of every purchase in rewards points 500 pints equals $1 and then you can redeem those Rewards to save money

  4. I love eating stuff from the store when all i have to do is put it in the air fryer and wait and im 10

  5. You could also just not get milk, pancake mix, and whatever else you got for sandwiches
You could just use bread and peanut butter or jelly
For lunch, just use one jar of Alfredo pasta and don’t add chicken
For dinner, don’t get all the ingredients for meatloaf you could just also get the only necessary ones. It’ll probably cost you less than $50 including tax.

  6. Dinner would actually be more than 18 if you did homemade meatloaf. You would need 2 pounds of beef if you were making a weeks worth, plus you need eggs and milk to help "bind" the meat.

  7. I did food budgeting and cooking as a job for a couple years and if you dedicate all your time to budgeting, shopping, meal planning, meal prep, and understanding how to cook more difficult meats (the hard chewy stuff) and know how to make beans taste amazing then it's easy. Technically it's doable but it takes more time and effort than people have.

  8. american prices seem crazy for me as a person from poland cz wdym 50usd is 200pln which can get me a weeks worth of food and in america it can barely cover a proper lunch🥹

  9. I say this with love. Your doing it wrong. Think ingredients for mutilple meals and not one meal. Like getting chicken and splitting it for two DIFFERENT things. I grew up in an ingredients household meaning we didn't have snacks but we had food. Most of the stuff I eat is thrown together fridge crap

  10. i think sometimes, maybe making the food myself would be more rewarding except im way too lazy for that and jus buy ready meals

  11. Yh this is true its just but if your eorried bout how healthy the food is make it from scratch. If your not worried tho dw!

  12. I know this is just to show the worst case scenario, but you've GOTTA stop going for the brand name stuff if you're doing budget videos. It's just not realistic that someone wouldn't go for cheaper store brand alternatives if they had the chance.
