I know this spot. This up there by university avenue. The guy who owns the business is a very smart guy. I spoke with him back when they were renovating the property for their grand opening. He pretty much talked about how heplanned to buy food products that were like 2 days away from expiration for pennies and mix that in with the fresh products. This is why customers have been leaving reviews with photos of certain pieces of chicken/meat being "undercooked" or "different looking". Someone ordered the very same shrimp dish that you did, and took photos of how they didn't remove the 💩 from the shrimp. Bro, you don't know how happy I was to see that you only bit into the front of the shrimp, because I guarantee that they didn't scrape the 💩💩 out the lower half. Cool video btw.
