Trying ₹4500 7-course Northeastern Tasting Menu
There’s a limited-time “Seven Sisters” 7-course pop-up happening in Delhi, where Chef Kush Koli takes you through the Northeast one dish at a time.
Each course borrows local ingredients, but the final plate is entirely his own spin.
Not everything slaps, but the overall experience is worth the shot, especially since barely anyone is doing full Northeastern tasting menus in Delhi right now.
You get a veg or non-veg option through the meal. I went non-veg throughout, except for one course where I switched to veg, and that one didn’t land for me.
