Chocolate Tiffin Box Cake Recipe ⬇️

*RECIPE*

Ingredients

* 50–100 ml curd (yogurt)
* ½ tsp baking soda
* 2–3 tsp oil
* 50–100 ml milk
* 50 g powdered sugar
* 50 g wheat flour
* 1–2 tbsp cocoa powder
* ½ tsp baking powder

For Topping

* Chocolate ganache
* Chocolate powder or choco chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Base
In a bowl, add curd and coffe powder. Mix well until slightly frothy.
2. Add Wet Ingredients
Add oil and milk, and mix until smooth.
3. Add Dry Ingredients
Add powdered sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and baking soda.
Mix well to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
4. Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into a greased container.
Bake on medium flame for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. Finish & Decorate
Let the cake cool slightly, then spread chocolate ganache on top.
Sprinkle chocolate powder or choco chips.
