   I made a lot of Summerollbowls this year. I was much too lazy to roll. Just dump everything in a bowl and put the sauce on top. Yum

   The best thing about spring rolls is, you can fill them with anything. Ive never used those noodles for it..but it makes sense if you want to not make the house hot frm cooking. Great job 🎉
