Ruth’s Chris is perhaps the most famous steakhouse in America, if not the most famous steakhouse in the world! Besides iconic places like Peter Luger, Ruth’s Chris is a chain steakhouse and is probably the most famous fine dining steakhouse, with only Texas Roadhouse being perhaps more well-known.
However, everyone has an opinion on Ruth’s Chris. Many people think Ruth’s Chris is among the best steakhouses in their city and a great option. Others think Ruth’s Chris is overpriced and overrated and not worth the hype. I’ve eaten many steakhouses at this point so I decided to try Ruth’s Chris again to see how it is.
This video is quite unique in that I was recognized by the staff at Ruth’s Chris when there, so they wound up bringing out a lot of additional dishes unprompted. That was really nice of them and I did not ask for it, and while I do not want special treatment once the food is out I’m not gonna have them throw it out, so I included it in the review. But it sort of turned this review into a mini-buffet of sorts.
So we’ll see if Ruth’s Chris is great or if it’s not worth the hype! After trying pretty much half of their menu

so i wouldn't call Ruth's Chris high end steak dining lol. its a chain restaurant just like longhorn or texas roadhouse, just a lot nicer inside. but i enjoyed the review. waiter was top notch!
They used to offer a really good pumpernickel bread
I always get the creamed spinach but with cheese on top, so creamed spinach as au gratin, yummm…it gives it more flavor
UA….Why wouldn't you research first how many locations Ruth Chris has versus other fine dining steakhouses??

That waiter was top notch. You can get a good steak anywhere, but service like that is what makes you come back. You can tell he really cares that you had a good experience regardless if he knew who you were or not.

Where was this? Which location? They did a great job.

I don't understand. You're tasting the filet, you said it was incredible, but your face looks like you're going to vomit it. Also, the presentation on the filet, no extra pat of butter melting on the steak. It looked so dry and unappetizing.

As a photographer, I'm very curious as to why you don't like natural lighting. To me, that's the ideal light.
So what would you rate it? It seems like you were in the middle, like a 5 out of 10. What was your number one? Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a steak and mushrooms, but it was way too salty. I had to ask them to send it back. Oh my gosh, was that too salty? That was my first time there, and I don't think I'll go back.
What kind of BULLSHIT review is this? Supposed to be anonymous like an everyday customer not some VIP food influencer 🤡
