This is really a very nice and tasty looking food. But really nothing for people who are taking care of what they are eating and how much. (a lot of fat in this dish, even if it makes the taste)

I made this but I made instant mash potatoes. Iโm sure hers would be better, but with the sauce, I donโt think it mattered much. It was very delicious. Prep time takes awhile, but I recommend you get everything ready in advance. Takes about 1 hour from prep to finish.
I enjoy recipes that use everyday ingredients to create rich, satisfying flavors.
