This season had one of the most unlikable groups of chefs ever.

For those who clown on Santos, he bounced back from his mistake just like in the previous service but someone else didn’t. That’s why for me his boot is also BS in its own way
Not that part yet, but the way James talked in the confessional reminded me of Josh T a lot. Btw this clip is posted on Ralph Trovato’s birthday (Josh’s dad) so happy birthday to him. And yes, Ralph is basically Josh’s older version
This is by far my favourite Hell’s Kitchen black jacket episode. (Next to the season 10 black jacket episode of the black jackets going up against the runner ups from Seasons 2-8.) Simply because the black jackets are doing the ultimate test. Battling the Sous Chefs! Best of all this is the only time where both Sous Chef Andi and Sous Chef James have their own private confessionals.
Yet somehow the BJ vs sous chefs challenge didn’t appear in S14 considering the S14 cast is more talented

One thinv I think is unnecessary is Ramsey calls all the chefs when he is unhappy about something. That is time consuming, and also you have food on the stove. You cannot just leave it there to listsn to him skell you out for something that might not be your fault.

This is the last time the Black Jacket teams are battling with other chefs.
It started out with Season 9 when they were against some of previous chefs from previous seasons.
In Season 10, they were against the runner ups.
In Season 11, they were against the winners.
In Season 12, none, it was just regular dinner services.
Finally, in Season 13, they were against Gordon + Sous Chefs.
