    I think it’s very good but can’t say I understand it holding 3 Michelin stars all these years

    I’ve been to Le Bernardin a couple of times over the last half year, and while it’s a very good restaurant with terrific staff I personally am not sure that it deserves 3 stars. There are a number of two-star Michelin places that I believe are just as good: The Modern and Gabriel Kreuther come to mind.
