Trying Every Restaurant on the NYT 2025 Top 100 List – Semma (FINALE)
Aaaand just like that another year of trying and sharing my opinion on every restaurant in the New York Times top 100 list is complete. I’m planning to rank every restaurant in the order I think they should be in so stay tuned for that! It’s a bit bittersweet finishing this series but one thing I’ve learned is you need to know when to pivot and I think it’s my time to move on to new projects. There’s plenty more to come that I’m extremely excited about, will share more details soon! I love you all and truly appreciate all the support over the years, I couldn’t do it without you all❤️

To me it’s not a dosa unless it’s rolled up like a poster you get from Five Below – and just as long. But maybe it’s a personal preference.
It's pronounced semm-ae..meaning awesome in tamil and in your intro there is a typo…its not senma, it's semma

If there is anyone on Long Islanders around, House of Dosa in Hicksville is a very good no frills Dosa Spot. Been there for years
