Culvers has really good food, but the way most of the resturaunt locations are managed is complete bullshit and ive lost reapect for a few of rhem after trying for months and months and months to get them to hire me AFTER my initial, follow up, second follow up, and then second retake of the initial interview cause they threw my file away. Great place to eat, but i can tell from that alone they definitely dont give half a flying fuck about their workers.
Another reason Culver's is goated that people aren't talking about… their gluten free buns. My very good friend has celiac disease, and she says Culver's is one of the only places she can get a good GF bun for a cheeseburger. Usually GF buns suck, but Culver's apparently has really good. My previous supervisor, also GF due to a folic acid allergy, said the same thing!
Nothing better in the Midwest than going to Kwik Trip after Culverās because you were hungry after dropping the tool you borrowed for a year from a friend(had to give give em some jerky as well for the inconvenience).

I worked at a Culverās some years ago & I was amazed when I saw all they froze were custard toppings.. everything else was in the fridge! Culverās is top tier.
