⁉️ Have you ever cooked side by side with a Michelin Guide chef?
I still can’t pinch myself. We stepped into the kitchen of Salt Smokehouse, on the outskirts of Huntsville and one of Alabama’s Michelin Guide-recognized spots, and actually cooked our own burger with premium ingredients we handpicked ourselves, right under the watch of the chef and his sous chef. 🧑🍳
What really surprised us was how open they were, showing us every step and letting us in on their secret: it’s not fancy technique, it’s recipes handed down through generations and kept beautifully simple.
Definitely one of the most unexpected and unforgettable moments of our Deep South trip. 🥹🤤🍔
