  2. Everyday when I exercise my cat Henry joins me. He brings me a ball to throw so he can fetch. Not sure what muscle groups I’m exercising as I follow the video AND throw the ball but it makes him happy. I told him he’s my personal trainer and I think he believes me. 😸
