VIETNAM FOOD TOUR: A day eating in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)
I spent the day eating my way through Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, stopping at local markets, neighborhood food stalls, and some of my favorite spots to experience the flavors that make Saigon one of the world’s greatest food cities.
Since moving to Vietnam, one of my biggest goals has been to deepen my understanding of Vietnamese cuisine by eating like a local, learning the stories behind each dish, and sharing that journey with you.

The last part of your video gave me goosebumps. I've been following your journey and subscribed to your channel since your days in the States. Watching a Vietnamese American reconnect with his roots has been inspiring. I also love how you embrace both "Saigon" and "Ho Chi Minh City" while celebrating the 50th anniversary of the city's renaming. That balance shows respect for history and for the many stories that make up Vietnam today. Salute to you, and thank you for sharing your journey.

It’s so much fun eating out in Vietnam. That Ho Thi Ky flower market is very popular you should check it out, especially during the Valentines week. Check out the seafood whole sale market Chợ Bình Điền largest wholesale seafood market in Saigon.

When he closed his eyes after taking a bite of the caramelized fish, I got a little teary eyed. It was like he was trying to remember the taste of his mom’s home cooking. Great video! I’m Vietnamese but haven’t heard of most of the dishes mentioned. Thank you for introducing them!
I definitely didn’t have manifesting figured out. I kept trying different techniques, getting nowhere and wondering what I was doing wrong. Vera Hart’s archetype quiz helped me understand that I was using methods that simply didn’t match me. Nothing magically changed overnight, but it finally gave me some direction.
