The doors officially open.
But today, we were fortunate enough to get an exclusive preview of Brasa, Ocean City’s newest Argentinian and Italian-inspired fine dining restaurant, located at 33rd Street & Coastal Highway.
And after spending the afternoon there…
I honestly believe Ocean City is about to gain another premier dining destination.
We were graciously invited by Rocky (Rocco), who many of you already know from the incredible restaurants he’s owned over the last 20+ years in Ocean City and across the country.
If I’m right…
This may be his masterpiece.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell this place is different.
✨ The design is stunning.
🔥 The wood-fired kitchen is the heart of the restaurant.
🍸 The cocktails were fantastic.
👏 The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming.
❤️ Every detail feels intentional.
Now let’s talk about the food…
🤯 The chicken was absolutely incredible.
🦪 The scallops were unlike anything I’ve ever had before.
🍕 The wood-fired pizza was unbelievable.
And believe it or not…
🇮🇹 I even stepped outside my comfort zone and tried a sardine pizza, just like many Italians enjoy.
I’ll be honest…
I wasn’t expecting to like it.
But somehow…
It was outstanding.
Tomorrow is Brasa’s official grand opening, so if you’re looking for somewhere new to eat this week, I’d encourage you to stop by and show them some love.

Every new restaurant has a learning curve.
The staff is new.

The food is already there.
And I have a feeling Brasa is going to become one of the restaurants everyone in Ocean City is talking about.
