I was at a small show of a mentalist a few years ago. He did different things to find his audience partners. He threw a stuffed animal that landed right beside my feet and I was too scared to pick it up and be the person on stage, but I very much regret that because I would’ve liked to have experienced it just to prove it either way by my experience. Because I was not a plant. If someone else eventually did pick it up, but it took a long time. I think of somehow that person had been his audience partner. They would’ve picked it up sooner.
