Ok fun fact: I used to go to medieval times when I was a kid at least once a year. For my birthday and for Christmas. It was tradition! A few years ago medieval times actually changed suppliers and stopped cooking a lot of their food themselves so naturally the quality diminished. Pretty sure they still make the chicken themselves but not the soup or bread or desserts. I’m not sure if this is true across all locations but the quality for sure went down.
