We had a crazy Towkay/laoban (boss) menu for lunch one a Friday at @craftandfood and seriously no one could go back to work productively….lol

The following is the menu we had:
– Banchan: truffle potatoes, kimchi, smoked white radish
– Ankimo salad with ponzu, red fruits
– Ankimo parfait with bacon jam (add-on)
– uni chawanmushi
-caviar choux à la cream (add-on)
– lobsters Martel flambé cocktail sauce (add-on)
– Dwaeji Gomtang (clear pork soup- Spanish white pork)
– Suyuk with Ssamjang and WangShin fish sauce
– Makoli with grated truffle ice cream
