I worked in a fine dining restaurant to find out what it takes to make Masterchef level food.
In this weeks video I went into a fine dining restaurant, V&V, that’s owned by Chef Jono. Jono was incredibly inviting and was happy for me to get stuck in at the deep end so that I can get an understanding of what it is that separates fine-dining from just…well…dining.
My name is Charlie and I’m living with a large tumour in my brain. Life has been flipped upside down for me and I decided to create this channel as an opportunity to explore as many walks of life as possible. I want to challenge myself wherever I can and prove to myself that this tumour doesn’t dictate what i’m able to do with the rest of my life.
