400 ml | coconut water (chilled) |
4 tbsp | coconut flakes |

Energy Balls
The post-workout smoothie combined with our energy balls is a great way to refuel after a hard workout.
Step 1
Add goji berries to a small bowl. Pour in parts of the coconut water and allow to soak for approx. 20 – 30 min.

4 tbsp goji berries / 50 ml coconut water
Step 2
Add cold coconut water, soaked berries, coconut flakes and ice cubes to blender. Blend for approx. 1 – 2 min.

350 ml coconut water / 4 tbsp coconut flakes / 5 icecubes
Step 3
Break banana into pieces and add to blender. Mix for 2 – 3 more min., until well incorporated and smooth. Enjoy immediately!
