Cold brew Irish coffee

I love to drink this in the summertime right after I’ve finished my day. Cold brew coffee with a bit of Baileys can’t be beat.

200 gground coffee
1.5 lwater
200 mlBaileys
ice cubes (optional)

Step 1

Cold brew Irish coffee

In a large measuring cup, mix together ground coffee and water. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit for at least six hours or overnight.

200 g ground coffee / 1.5 l water

Step 2

Cold brew Irish coffee

Pour coffee through a sieve with a paper coffee filter.

Step 3

Cold brew Irish coffee

Pour coffee into glasses for serving and add Baileys. Stir well. Enjoy on ice!
