After a good workout I love to enjoy a protein-rich drink just like this creamy peanut butter smoothie. It’s full of flavor and renews my energy.

125 gyogurt
50 gpeanut butter
5ice cubes
0.5lemon, juiced
1 tspvanilla extract
200 mlmilk

Peel bananas, break in half, and add to blender.

Add yogurt, peanut butter, ice cubes, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon to blender. Season to taste with lemon juice. Pour in milk.

125 g yogurt / 50 g peanut butter / 5 ice cubes / 1 tsp vanilla extract / 0.5 lemon / 200 ml milk / cinnamon

Blend on high until creamy, approx. 2 – 3 min. Serve cold and enjoy!
