We’re making one damn fine spicy meatball pizza and you’re going to like It I’ll be straight up honest with you right now I don’t know where my mind is I am so scatterbrain today I’m normally not too scatterbrain boys right no today I am all over the place I can’t concentrate I start one thing I go move on to something else something else

Something else forgot what the first thing was I supposed to be doing I’m going to try and keep it together I really don’t know what’s happening I am a man of a certain age and starts to go wrong but not my mind God let it go wrong with my ankles or something my

That would be oh God no not my no I don’t want anything to go wrong there but the point is see I don’t even know what the point is the point is we’re making a we’re making a a uh a spicy meatball pizza that’s the point we’re going to start by

Making our own meatballs get them in the oven make the rest of the stuff put it together cook it eat it it’s going to be great as long as I don’t f up something along the way which right now I’m feeling is 100% possible our meatballs

Begin with two types of meat I got ground beef and I got spicy Italian sasage and they go I got a half pound of each rotta cheese 1/4 cup about the same of shredded parmesan panko breadcrumbs third of a cup couple tablespoons of garlic paste like that good pinch of our

BFF salt pepper garlic powder about a teaspoon of red pepper flakes we’re going for a little spicy today and one egg and this we will mix first with the spoon that’s scw it f the spoon put on gloves and mix with your hands like an adult everything nicely mixed this is

Yes very proud of myself all right my oven’s at 400 these guys are going to go in until they’re about 160° internal in the meantime we’ll get some sauce happening all right so we’re going to make a little sauce and here’s what what I’m doing I’m using two things well more

But starting with two things well more but one will be couple tablespoons of tomato paste the other will be about a/4 of a cup of spicy tomato pesto oh boy that looks great let’s add some garlic paste about a teaspoon little hit of our friend salt and pepper and I’ve got some

And I know Max en chants think I’m perfect but but I’m not boys we do I know you do so get it where you want it which is pretty much of this it needs to go on here with some cornmeal what’s the cornmeal going to do it’s going to act

But folks you don’t need it to be just a SAU Pizza you’re not going to taste anything else though you do want to taste this sauce because it’s going to be really good and of course give yourself a little border next step we put some cheese on and as I was reaching

Into the cheese case at the supermarket I came across truffle provolone and I went oh no this has to be great all right here’s what we’re doing with our meatballs we’re flattening them out a little bit I mean it’s that’s this is that is not a good way to try and get

Meatballs onto a pizza so what we’ve done is we’ve just hit them with a spoon to flatten them out a little bit and now we’ll place a bunch of these on but as we’re fond of saying don’t be cheap you want meatball in all your bites and by

The way if it’s not obvious there’s no nobody says you have to cut a pizza into those wedges into the Triangular wedges you want to cut this way you cut that way Sparky it’s all you what are we missing here little dollop of ricot so let’s just do this any place you think
