Couldn’t think of a better way to end a day like this than double fisting we’re showing you four crazy delicious burgers all under five bucks each four each under five prunes bones daera you know you could have three other people over and make each one a

Different one if you wanted or you can make all the same it doesn’t matter the point is you’re feeding four people burgers for 20 bucks come on come on who does this for you oh yeah that does his mean him what makes us even better

And I didn’t have to do this but what makes us even better is we’re starting with our own bios buns we’re going to make our own buns and am I a baker nope will they come out okay I certainly hope so because got no plan B right now let’s

Get the mixer let’s get the flour get the yeast and away we go in the bowl of our stand mixer we put a tablespoon of fast acting yeast 2 tablespoons of sugar and a cup of warm water with a/4 cup of warm milk and warm is somewhere between

110 and 120° we give that a little stir and we wait 5 6 minutes until it gets foamy on top that means the yeast is working at this point I’ll add a beaten egg egg and you go little guy a teaspoon and a half of salt put it down lock it

In place and we’ll let it go we want all this to mix now so give this just a couple minutes to combine we stop it we get rid of the paddle we put on the hook down we go we get it going and we start introducing 3 and 1/2 cups of flour

Little bit at a time now we’ll put in a couple tablespoons of soft butter and leave this alone for you know 8 9 minutes until it’s smooth and soft and and when it’s done put it on a lightly flowed surface like that give it a tiny

Bit more flour over the top and this we just want to knad for a couple of minutes to make sure it’s smooth it’s lovely smooth and when it is get your guy into a beautiful ball this we want to turn into eight smaller little balls

So we’ll do this we’ll cut in half first and then each of these into four and with a little more flower on the deck we’ll roll each into its own beautiful perfect little bowl and put them on a parchment lined baking sheet or one with

A sill Pat preferably with my face on it these guys we’re going to cover with a clean kitchen towel put inside where it’s not cold but not boiling leave them for 15 minutes then we carry on and at the end of resting here’s what we’ve got

Oh look at our little fellows they grew a little bit aren’t you cute all right they get one thing before they go in the oven this is an egg beaten with about a tablespoon of milk well I didn’t have milk so it’s technically it’s cream but

Tell you it’s going to be good think we can make some patties that is ground beef that’s a little scale let’s make these uh what do we want Quarter Pounders that’ll be 4 oz that should look like 3.84 I was so close so we need two so we’ll make one more next we’ll

Make a sausage and a chicken one four pork breakfast links that don’t have a casing on them these are about 4 oz they just need to be mushed in a little Patty made very simple we’ll flatten that when it goes on and now the chicken we’ve talked about it before how a chicken

Thigh is one of my favorite insides for a Patty so here’s what we’re going to do this guy is a third of a pound leaving the fat on because there’s a good fat to regular chicken ratio that will help I’m going to chop this up One Direction

Bacon time for the French onion dip burger and while that’s there let’s prep our Patty so you remember one of these guys right here’s what we’re going to give it just a little hit of this french onion soup package mix oh boy this is making me happy we’ll give this a little

Going like that all right we’re about to flip it but I want to give it one thing some fresh ground pepper there’s enough salt in that French Ian soup mix that if you add salt now you’re just going to kill yourself and we go sakra BL I love a crust you always

Get a crust on a Smash Burger not always on this kind that’s why I like a flat top for this it’s perfect but while we’re waiting let’s get our bun a little toasty there’s a top and a bottom and butter always helps and here’s our guy looking beautiful and they will not take

Long let’s throw some cheese on top of our little Patty and french onion would require swiss cheese on top and that is what I’m using to help our cheesy boy melt put a little water in our hat and this ladies and gentlemen is ready to come off and get

Built first on the French onion soup mix stuff stuff because please why did I say please next comes our Patty oh gorgeous then our bacon remember our caramelized onions I hope you do cuz they remember you and the top of our very own homemade Pros bun thank you very

Sauce and then the onions and the bacon just it just happens it just comes together oh my God all right one more bite and we’re moving on to the chicken cuz you’re going to like that one time for chicken but before we get it on the

Flat top we’re going to season it a bit little smoked paprika little bit of cumin or garlic powder Little BFF and then just mix together nicely boil it up we’ll put it on in a second just let me prep the jalapenos first that is flour that is corn starch and we mix them

Here’s the jalapenos they’ve been soaking in the buttermilk so here’s what we do we drain off most of the buttermilk and just drop them in and once they’re all coated and lovely we’ll drop these guys in in a second but once they’re covered we’ll leave them and to

Dress our chicken Pate little oil down and then our chicken hello buddy gentle pressure make makes me so happy now there’s no binder there’s nothing keeping it together so if it starts to separate a little bit it starts to separate a little bit is that the worst
