Tomato basil soup vs hot chocolate paired with a grilled cheese sandwich… Who’s the better duo? @ivskitchen1915 say both!
Last time I asked to name a better Duo than cheese and chocolate and you all did for this week’s episode of maves we’re making tomato basil soup using Napoleon’s tomato paste I started by salting yellow onion and olive oil added Roma tomatoes and allowed for the tomatoes to simmer for a few minutes
Then I added salt and tomato paste and covered the pot for a few more minutes I added a little brown sugar balsamic vinegar and vegetable broth and simmer the tomatoes until soft lastly I added lots of fresh basil and Blended the soup until smooth I made a quick grilled
Cheese sandwich and trust me it needs to have mayo and although I still stand by cheese and chocolate this Duo is Fair competition
