Every year on Easter my family makes delicious mon Cristo sandwiches so I took the same ingredients and made a breakfast bake that’s a perfect make aead brunch option for the whole family I start by cutting bread into large squares I place them in a grease baking
Dish then I half slices of turkey and ham and roll them into these little bouquet that are cut into bite-sized pieces you can alternatively dice the deli slices here I evenly distribute in the baking dish then shred cheddar and swiss cheese sprinkle half of the two shredded cheeses to the baking dish then
To a measuring cup I whisk eggs with milk add honey mustard or Dijon mustard a touch of vanilla and cinnamon and finish with salt pepper and melted butter whisk until nice and Airy then pour half of the egg mixture over the bake and repeat the layers of bread
Turkey ham shredded cheese and the remaining egg mixture you can wrap this up and leave overnight in the fridge to bake the next morning or bake right away until golden brown finish with a dusting of powdered sugar or powdered monk fruit sweetener and serve with raspberry preserves or Jam
