We travel a long long way from California for the first Burger of viewer recipe Month we think the first cuz we don’t uh pretty certain it’s the first we’re certain it’s the first Burger viewer recipe month and guess what we’re going to we’re going to Australia that’s great the only bad part of that is that I’m now forced to use my outstanding

Beets two4 of a pound smash patties two bacon rashers a bacon rasher is a piece of bacon there’s tomato there’s lettuce there’s barbecue sauce there’s onion there’s egg and there’s pineapple sounds like the whole Australian kitchen sink to me doesn’t it boys yes but have it on good authority at least

From Tiny JK that it’s outstanding so we’re going to get started we’ve got a couple of Smash patties to make bacon to cook pineapple egg and all the business so let’s get at it let’s hit the flat top running shall we we begin with what will take the longest and that’s two

Rashers of bacon or pieces of bacon in this country next up in AED VI little oil will be a slice of yellow onion and then I’m not sure if I want one or two of these so I’ll put two on couple pineapple slices right out of a can just

The way God intended suppose I could season my onion a little bit a little BFF watch this I’ll use my Patty Smasher to keep the bacon relatively flat all right after this it’s the smash patties themselves and because we’re smashing them you know they don’t take very long

And then buns so if you get these guys out of the way then you’re fine oh yes egg too let’s see what’s happening with the pineapple nice the onion I don’t want the onion to stick I think we can flip our bacon that’s perfect that is about as good as it gets

How’s that looking chansy beautiful all right just push the onion into the bacon grease all right I think it’s time for us to smash Our Patties but let’s do this first let’s take the bacon off love it onion will just push into the bacon grease a bit more these guys are almost

There all right it’s Patty time oil one balll and we smash gorgeous second one and we smash fantastic and we season we’ve got an egg to cook so let’s take our onion out of our bacon grease how about we cook the egg right here like this we season one more thing dad the

Bun little oil here bun bun time to flip these guys both get cheese like that like this bun is perfect guys we’re so close pineapples are looking amazing off they come and as soon as these guys are there we’re there so let’s help them a bit lit on top eggs finishing

Boys the patties are ready they’re huge too we can take these guys off let the egg finish and we’re making a burger you guys can set up in front did anybody see that no I just grabbed the bun knocked this it spun around and I didn’t lose the egg my

Camera got it in the corner all right here we go now we’re going to build this according to Tiny’s suggestion so now there’s barbecue sauce of all things there’s barbecue sauce coming and he doesn’t say doing anything with it now but I’m going to because I can’t help
